POSITION SUMMARY
The Behavioral Health Specialist is an integral part of the team for the SARRP (Substance Abuse Residential Recovery Program) or BHRF (Behavioral Health Residential Facility), providing member and staff safety and therapeutic interactions with members. The Behavioral Health Specialist assists with the daily operations of the unit meeting the needs of members. The Behavioral Health Specialist is responsible for contributing to and creating a recovery-based environment.

The physical demands of this position warrant: Sedentary Work: Occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds, sitting most of the time and may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
