POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of a team, this position is responsible for overall maintenance of all facilities of The Guidance Center, Inc.
1. Conducts preventative maintenance inspections of the facilities
2. Performs basic maintenance repairs using knowledge of materials, methods, machines and tools involved for general repairs and maintenance of equipment and buildings.
3. Interacts with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance of the general facility
4. Assist in snow removal during winter months
5. Assist in planning for upcoming projects
6. Assist in the coordination for the installation and removal of equipment, office furniture, and fixtures
7. Responsible for documentation of department related paperwork
8. Assist with vehicle scheduling for service and repair
9. Maintain working knowledge of safe handling of maintenance related chemicals
10. Provide top quality service to internal and external customers
11. Complete all TGC required training
12. Adheres to company policy regarding appropriate conduct
13. Perform special projects as assigned
Required:
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? Two years of experience in maintenance or repair field
? Must have a valid driver license with no restrictions
? Must have the ability to obtain Arizona Level 1Fingerprint Clearance Card
? Knowledge of construction tools
? Familiar with mechanical equipment
? Can acclimate to sudden temperature changes
? Ability to perform in inclement weather
? May require travel and, longer or irregular hours
? Willingness to learn
