This position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring TGC hires the best possible talent.
1. Develop and execute recruitment plans.
a. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
b. Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifies, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
c. Work with manager to create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
d. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
e. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
2. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
a. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
b. Develop working relationship within colleges to aid in recruiting.
c. Give presentations at colleges and increase college awareness of company before and after career fairs.
3. Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
a. Collect data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, etc.
4. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
a. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for TGC, both internally and externally.
b. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads.
c. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
5. Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
a. Manage the use of outside recruiters.
b. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements before sending to hiring manager.
c. Conduct pre-screening interviews.
d. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
e. Ensure all reference checks and background checks are 100% complete before new hire begins employment.
f. Notify candidates not selected for a position.
g. Coordinate all interviews and assist hiring managers with interview process when needed.
h. Make offers to selected candidates contingent upon successful reference checks, background check and drug screen.
i. Send new employee the NEO package with benefit information and confirmation of NEO date, time, location.
6. Work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
7. Demonstrate at all times cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
8. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and dynamic environment.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in related field -OR- High School Diploma and 4 years related experience -OR- other combination of education and experience deemed acceptable by HR.
6 months recruitment experience.
Knowledge of HRIS system.
Ability to obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
At least 21 years of age or older.
Valid AZ driver's license.
Recruitment experience in behavioral health or medical setting.
2 years of Human Resources experience.
